AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING
LOT 1A, BLOCK 1, TRACT M, and TRACTS S- 4A -1A, 5- 4A -1B, S- 4A -1C,
AND S -4A -2, U.S. SURVEY 3218 FROM I-- INDUSTRIAL TO B-- BUSINESS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough:
Section 1. Classification. This ordinance is not of general
application and shall not be codified.
Section 2. Lot 1A, Block 1, Tract M, and Tracts 5-4A-1A,
5- 4A -1B, S- 4A -IC, and 5 -4A -2, U.S. Survey 3218 are rezoned from ( --
