1988-27 Amending the Kodiak Island Borough Personnel Rules and Regulations by Adding Job Descriptions.KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ORDINANCE NO. 88 -27 -0 IAN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE KIB PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS BY ADDING JOB DESCRIPTIONS WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly approved the addition of a Records Coordinator in the Borough Clerk's Office and a Programmer in the Data Services in the FY 89 budget; and WHEREAS, the assembly approved the in -house operation of the baler and landfill facility at its regular meeting on July 21, 1988; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that: Section 1. This ordinance is of a permanent and general nature and shall become a part of the KIB Rules and Regulations. Section 2.
