AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FY 1988 -89 BUDGET BY
APPROPRIATING $312,300 FROM LAND SALE FUND BALANCE
FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly has approved
appropriation Ordinance No. 88 -13 -0 for the fiscal year 1989; and
WHEREAS, insufficient monies have been appropriated and a
change is deemed necessary for completion of the Bayside Paving project,
the Selief Lane extension clearing and the acquisition of a large bulldozer for
the landfill;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly that:

$5,300 to the General Fund budgetary guideline entitled " Bayside Paving ",
$135,000 to the General Fund budgetary guideline entitled "Sanitary Landfill
(equipment) ", $42,000 to the General Fund budgetary guideline entitled
"Selief Lane clearing ", and $130,000 to the General Fund budgetary guideline
entitled "Bells Flats paving ", and by increasing estimated revenue from the
Land Sale Fund Balance by $312,300.
