AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
EFFECTING TRANSFERS BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECT AND LAND SALE FUNDS
(MIDDLE BAY DRIVE PAVING PROJECT)
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has appropriated
certain fixed sums of money for specific purposes; and
WHEREAS, certain projects have a need for additional monies and others
have funds in excess to their needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the following specific
amounts of monies are transferred as follows:
