AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
REZONING LOT 1, BLOCK 14, TRACT A, U.S. SURVEY 4872,
LARSEN BAY TOWNSITE, FROM R1 -- SINGLE - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO B--BUSINESS
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: Lot 1, Block 14, Tract A, U.S. Survey 4872, Larsen
Bay Townsite, is rezoned from RI -- Single - Family Residential to B-- Business.
Section 2: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this
rezoning.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
passage and adoption.
