WHEREAS, the Krd'ak Island Borough has determined tt _;. rge
amounts cf ccracruccton materials are being dispcsee cf in r sidential
dumpsters, and
WHEREAS, there is currently no fee for the dfs•osal of this
material, and
WHEREAS, the disposal of construction mate ials in residential
dumpsters inc he cost of solid waste dispos.1 to all taxpayers.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Kodiak Island Boro gh Amiably hereby ordains
that:
Section 1: This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature and
shall become a part of the Code of Ordlnen as of the Kodiak Island Borough.
Section 2: That Section 17.04 is hereby amended to read:
Sections:
17.04.010 Fees f•r toning compliance
17.04.020 1 for applications
17.04.010 Fun for comellanne. Each application for toning
coanlluee shall be _. by a forty dollar ($40.00) solid mute
Manta fee. This fee be paid prior to the lawn of zoning
compliance.
17.04.0(1120 'see for applications. A part of the costs for maps,
legal publications, ices to affected property owners, and other
administrative aspe .. es involved in processing land use change applications
shall be covered • fag made payable to the Kodiak Island Borough. The
