PROCEEDS OF INSURANCE CLAIM FOR CON STRUCTION OF

WHEREAS, on November 1 987 the Port Lions gymnasium was

the building and contents were covered by Y insurance
WHEREAS, the insurance company has provided a speedy and
equitable settlement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Assembly of the
Kodiak Island Borough that the amount of
appropriated for the construction of the replacement2structure. is hereby
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the following amounts are
appropriated and /or transfered from the following sources:
