1985-35 Amending SA1 Water and Sewer Operating BudgetsWHEREAS, certain extra work was performed under Project No. 82 -1 for
individual customers; and
WHEREAS, the Service District No. 1 Advisory Board has determined that the
low bid for Project No. 82 -1 contained unbalanced bid prices on certain items of work

WHEREAS, the Service District No. 1 Advisory Board elected to adjust one
individual's billing to reflect normal costs; and
WHEREAS, since two additional customers were affected by the same unit
price discrepancies, their bills are being adjusted accordingly; and
WHEREAS, the costs of extra work for individual customers are not eligible
for payment from grant funds.
