ORDINANCE NO. 85 -33 -'-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, KODIAK, ALASKA AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 85 -15 -0, LEVYING TAXES ON ALL TAXABLE REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
WITHIN THE BOROUGH FOR THE EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE BOROUGH FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JULY, 1985, AND ENDING ON THE
THIRTIETH DAY OF JUNE, 1986.
WHEREAS, a mid -year budget review has reflected certain changes that
are desirable and necessary in the current budget, and
WHEREAS, certain projects are nearing completion with some amounts
of unexpended funds and certain other projects are in their initial stages
without funding or with insufficient funding, and
WHEREAS, certain revenues from investment earnings will exceed the
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Borough Assembly of the Kodiak
Island Borough as follows:
Section 1. SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
The following sums of money, or as much thereof as may be
authorized by law, as may be needed or deemed necessary to
defray all expenses and liabilities of the Kodiak Island
Borough by fund, be and the same is hereby appropriated.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that staff is hereby authorized and directe"
to effect the necessary line item changes within the limits established abov,
by fund, project and department to properly monitor, account, and report on
the expenditure of these funds.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances found to be in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby expressly rescinded.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 2 day of January ,1986 by the Kodiak
Island Borough Assembly.
