Miller Point Alaska Subdivision First Addition are zoned from
Business (Lots 1 and 2, Block 1) and RR1 Rural Residential One to
R1 Single - Family Residential; /
Lots 1 through 8B Crestview Subdi Vi sion; Lots 1 through
8, Block 2; Lots 1 through 3 and Lot 8, Blo• 4; Lots 1 through 11,
Block 5, and Lots 4 through 6, Block 6, M' ler Point Alaska Sub-
division First Addition are rezoned fro RR1 Rural Residential
One to R -2 Two- family Residential;
Lot 7, Block 6, Miller oint Alaska Subdivision First
Addition is rezoned from RR1 - Ru al Residential One to R -3
Multiple Family Residential; an
Lots 4 through 7, =lock 4, Miller Point Alaska
Subdivision First Addition re rezoned from RR1 Rural Residential
One to R1 Single Family R sidential; and
Section 2: The officia zoning map shall be updated to reflect this
rezoning.
Section 3: This or•inance shall be in full force and effect upon
passage and adoption.
