AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING LOTS 1A
THROUGH 14, BLOCK 30, EAST ADDITION SUBDIVISION, FROM R -2, TWO- FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL, TO R -3, MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: Lots IA through 14, Block 30, East Addition Subdivision are
rezoned from R -2, Two- family Residential, to R -3, Multifamily Residential.
Section 2: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this rezoning.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and
adoption.
