AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING LOT 4,
BLOCK 3, PORT LIONS ALASKA SUBDIVISION FROM THE R1 -- SINGLE - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT TO THE PL -- PUBLIC USE LANDS DISTRICT.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains that:
Section 1: Lot 4, Block 3, Port Lions Alaska Subdivision is rezoned
from the R1 -- Single - family Residential District to the PL-- Public Use Lands
District.
