the traditional street name be reinstated for the portion of Mission Road on

be changed back from its presnt name,Mission Road to its original name. The
name was changed without input on the part of the residents from the naive it had
for many decades and by which it is still known by most of the residents of
Kodiak and even the municipal and state governments. Spruce Cape Road extends
from Cut Off Road to the end of Spruce Cape and encompasses USS3099,3100,3101
and USCG land on Spruce Cape as well as the Natives of Kodiak selection there.
