1984-73 Establishing the Position of Resource Management Officer(Sect ion 1: The Class Title and Pay Range on Page F of the Kodiak Island
Borough Personnel Rules and Regulations is hereby amended as follows:

'Section 2: The Personnel Rules and Regulations of the Kodiak Island Borough
are hereby amended by including the title of Resource Management Officer at
Pay Range 18 along with the appropriate job description which is attached
;hereto and incorporated as part of the Kodiak Island Borough Personnel Rules
and Regulations.
Section 3: Funding for this position shall be provided from the land sales
(program account 040 -185- 589- 96 -81, Contingencies.

I AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ESTABLISHING THE
POSITION OF RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough owns a substantial amount of
resources, especially land, and
WHEREAS, there is a definite need to inventory, survey, zone, plan,
exchange, prepare for sale, and generally manage this resource, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly wants to manage this
resource as effectively as is possible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that:
