1984-65 Amending the Personnel Rules Pertaining to Longevity Reward(a) Seven (7) years of total service, 5% of dollar value of employee's current pay rate. (b) 5% ofldollarrvalue total additional of employee's current payra pay rate. (c) Fifteen (15) years of total service, an additional 5% of dollar value of employee's current pay rate. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that the longevity reward for employees employed prior to July 7, 1983 shall I be based as shown above and for employees employed after July 7, 1983 h s all be !I based as shown in the present personnel policy. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that this ordinance be made retroactive to i July 7, 1983 for any employee who would have been eligible for longevity since I that date.
