AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING THE CLASS
ITITLE, PAY RANGE AND JOB DESCRIPTION OF THE PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS.

WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly, in keeping with its
Personnel Policy, recognizes that personnel rules and regulations must be
amended from time to time in order to provide necessary personnel, and
WHEREAS, the following job description and pay range have been
reviewed by the Personnel Advisory Board at their special meeting of Octo-
ber 29, 1984 at which time they recommended a change in the Clerk's Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Isiand Borough Assembly
that:
Section 1: The Class Title
Borough Personnel
and Pay Range on Page F of the Kodiak Island
Rules and Regulations is hereby amended as follows:

Secretary III 9
Deputy Clerk
Section 2: The Personnel Rules and Regulations of the Kodiak Island Borough
are hereby amended by deleting the Clerk's Secretary III at a Pay Range 9
and including the title of Deputy Clerk.at Pay Range 12 along with the appro-
priate job description which is attached hereto and incorporated as part of
the Kodiak Island Borough Personnel Rules and Regulations.
