1984-54 Amending Title 2.16.130 of the Borough Code of Ordinances Concerning Meeting AgendaAN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING TITLE
2.16.130 OF THE BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES CONCERNING MEETING AGENDA.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 2.16.130 is hereby amended as follows:
2.16.130 Order of business -- Agenda. A. The order of business
for each regular meeting of the assembly shall be as follows:
1. Call to order;
2. Roll Call;
3. G4ese Acceptance of agenda;
4. Consent Agenda;
5. Minutes of previous meetings;
6. Minutes from other meetings;
7. Communications and appearance requests;
8. Public hearings (ordinances and resolutions);
9. Old business;
10. Manager's report;
11. New business;
12. Mayor's comments;
13. Assembly coments;
14. Audience part4e4Rat4ep comments;
15. Adjournment.
B. Consent agenda items are
non- controversial by the Assembly and wil

B. C. Appearance requests shall be submitted to the borough

G. D. The borough clerk shall prepare an agenda for each
regular meeting after consulting with the mayor and manager. The agenda shall
be distributed to assembly members, along with the meeting packet, one week
prior to the regular meeting. aed -Bade Agendas will be available to for the
public not less than twenty -four hours prior to the meeting and no further
items shall be added to the agenda except by unanimous consent.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance be in full force and effect upon passage and
doption.
