AN ORDINANCE OF THE UNSUBDIVIDED REMAINDER OF U. S. SURVEY ISLAND 11 U
FROM THE
RURAL RESIDENTIAL ONE (RR1).
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains That:
SECTION 1: The Unsubdivided Remainder of U.S. Survey 1671 is rezoned from the
1 Conservation District (C) to the Rural Residential One District (RR1).
SECTION 2: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this rezoning.
ii SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon p passage and
adoption.
