The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains That:
SECTION 1: Lot 7, Block 2, Monashka Bay Alaska Subdivision is rezoned from
the Public Land Use Zoning District (PL) to the Rural Residential One Zoning
District (RR1).
SECTION 2: The official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this rezoning.
