1984-41 Placing the Question of Exemption from the Conflict of Interest Law (AS 39.50) on the BallotAN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY PLACING THE QUESTION OF EXEMPTION FROM THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST LAW (A.S. 39.50) ON THE BALLOT. WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has been requested to place the question of exemption from the Conflict lof Interest Law, A.S. 39.50, also referred to as the Financial Disclosure Law on the ballot at the regular election of October 2, 1984, and WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough did vote to place this question on the October 2, 1984 ballot, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, that the Kodiak Island Borough shall place before the voters of the Kodiak Island Borough at the regular election of October 2, 1984 the following proposi- tion: REQU7 TTEST: Boroug TED BY: ' 1 5 ?
