AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING
U.S. SURVEY 3099 FROM RURAL RESIDENTIAL (RR1) TO SINGLE - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT (R1).
The Kodiak Island Borough Hereby Ordains:
Section 1: That U.S. Survey 3099 (except for Lots 16A1, 16A2, and 16B) is
rezoned from the Rural Residential District (RR1) to the Single - Family
Residential District (R1).
Section 2: That the official zoning map shall be updated to reflect this
rezoning.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage
and adoption.
