AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING CHAPTER
2.16.080 OF THE BOROUGH CODE RELATING TO THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOROUGH
ASSEMBLY.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 2.16.080 of Borough Code is amended to read:
2.16.080 Regular meetings. Regular meetings of the assembly shall
be held on the first Thursday of each month at Berea th.irey 6:30 p.m. in e
meet#ag ream se #eeted - by - the bereugh eeseelAy the Assembly Chambers. The
meetings shall not continue beyond 11:30 p.m. unless there is a vote of the
majority of the assembly to continue the meeting. If business has not been
completed by the 11:30 p.m. deadline, and no extension is provided, the
regular meeting of the borough assembly will be recessed and reconvened at a
