ORDINANCE NO. 84 -26-0
AN ORDINANCE TO DISPOSE OF A PORTION OF ADL 44 355, KNOWN AS THE
SAWMILL SITE.
WHEREAS the Kodiak Island Borough has received an application
for disposal of 15 acres of Borough leased land; and
WHEREAS the Planning and Zoning Commission has conducted an
advertised and noticed public hearing, and has made a recommendation
to the Assembly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough:
Section 1: A portion of ADL 44 355, known as the sawmill site,
is surplus to the Borough's needs and offered for sale at public auction;
and
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon passage and adoption date.
