AN ORDINANCE TO DISPOSE U. S. SURVEY 1701, LOCATED ON SHUYAK ISLAND,
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, ALASKA.
Alaska, be offered for sale at public auction within three months of the
effective date of this ordinance.
Section 2: The present lease holders will have preference rights to
meet the high bid.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
passage and adoption date.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of April , 1984 by the
Kodiak Island Borough Assembly.
