1984-16 Relating to Equalization of Assessments.AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RELATING TO EQUALIZATION

The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains:
Section 1: That Chapter 3.20.020 is hereby amended to read as follows:
3.20.020 Property subject to tax. All real and personal property
within the borough and not expressly exempted by the borough through ordinance
shall be subject to annual taxation at a rate not to exceed three percent of
its full and true value in money as assessed on the first day of January of
the assessment year, said tax to be used for borough purposes and for such
