AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, KODIAK TOWNSITE SUBDIVISION FROM MULTI - FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL DISTRICT TO BUSINESS DISTRICT.
The Kodiak Island Borough Hereby Ordains:
Section 1. That Lot 10, Block 1, Kodiak Townsite Subdivision
is rezoned from Multi- family Residential District to Business District.
Section 2. That the Official Zoning Map shall be updated to
reflect this rezoning.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect upon passage and adoption.
