WHEREAS, the Kodiak

ORDINANCE NO. 84 -5 -0
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH AMENDING THE PERSONNEL
REWARD.
Island Borough Assembly did adopt Ordinance
No. 83 -46 -0 amending the Personnel Rules pertaining to longevit

WHEREAS, the Assembly believes

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
;'that Section 416 of the Personnel Rules and Regulations is amended to read as
ifol lows:
"A regular full -time employee shall receive an additional
monetary benefit based on the length of employment with the
Borough. Any break in employment longer than thirty (30)
calendar days will advance the eligibility date by the
number of days in excess of 30. Time served as a temporary
employee shall not be included. The following amounts shall
be granted employees in addition to their current pay rate,
excluding overtime.
