ORDINANCE NO. 84 -4 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO DETERMINE THE
DISPOSITION OF TAX FORECLOSURE PROPERTIES.
WHEREAS, by Alaska Statue 29.53.370, the assembly of a borough or
l louncil of a city, shall determine, by ordinance, whether foreclosed property
deeded to the municipality under AS 2 9.53.360 shall be retained b
,runicipality for a public by the
purpose, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Assembly to hold a public sale and
ispose of such properties that are not retained by the municipality and return
hose properties to the tax rolls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED,

All ordinances or parts of ordinances found to be in conflict with
ordinance are hereby explicitly rescinded.
