KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ORDINANCE NO. 83 -82 -0
AN ORDIANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING CERTAIN
LANDS WITHIN THE BOROUGH.
The Kodiak Island Borough Hereby Ordains:
Section 1. That the following parcels are rezoned from Rural
Residential District to Multifamily Residential District:
A. Lots 1B through 1K, U.S. Survey 3462; and
B. Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11 of Block 6, Miller Point Alaska
Subdivision, First Addition.
Section 2. That the official zoning map shall be updated to
reflect this rezoning.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon passage and adoption.
