KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ORDINANCE NO. 83 -80 -0
A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH.
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has appropriated
certain fixed sums of money and issued bonds to complete specific school and
other capital projects and related debt service, and
WHEREAS, certain projects are nearing completion with some amounts
of unexpended funds and certain other projects are without sufficient funding,
and
WHEREAS, interest earnings of $499,850 have exceeded those amounts
originally budgeted, and continue to remain high, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Assembly to appropriate those
earnings in the particular fund in which earned for project completion and /or
debt reduction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that staff is hereby authorized and
directed to effect the following project and fund level changes:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that staff is authorized and directed to
effect the necessary line item changes within the limits established above by
fund and project to properly monitor, account, and report for the expenditu:
of these funds.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances found to be in conflict with
'this ordinance are hereby explicitly rescinded.
