to effect the necessary line item changes within the limits established above to
properly monitor, account and report for the expenditures of these funds.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that amount be repaid to the road
fund in the next taxable year.
All ordinance or parts of ordinances found to be in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby explicitly rescinded, in particular, Ordinance
83 -54 -0 is rescinded in its entirety.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO EFFECT TRANS-
FERS BETWEEN FUNDS OF BELLS FLATS SERVICE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has appropriated
jcertain fixed sums of money for specific purposes, and
WHEREAS, Bells Flats Service District has a need for additional
,monies in their Fire Protection Area One fund for the operations of their fire
station, and
WHEREAS, monies are available in their Bells Flats /Russian Creek
Road Service District fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the following specific amounts
of monies are transferred as follows:
