AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING A
I PORTION OF U.S. SURVEY 2735 (1.14 ACRES) FROM CONSERVATION TO BUSINESS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
Section 1: That a Tract of land situated in U.S. Survey No. 2735,
beginning at Corner No. One (1), which bears North 84 ° 39' West, a distance
of 968 feet from Corner No. Three (3) of U.S. Survey No. 2735; thence North
05 ° 21' East, a distance of 250 feet to Corner No. Two (2); thence South
84 ° 39' East, a distance of 200 feet to Corner No. Three (3); thence South
05 ° 21' West, a distance of 250 feet to Corner No. Four (4); thence North
89 ° 39' West, a distance of 200 feet to the place of beginning in the Kodiak
Recording District, Third District, State of Alaska, a 1.14 acre portion of
U.S. Survey 2735 is rezoned from Conservation to Business;
Section 2: That the official zoning map shall be updated to
reflect this rezoning.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon passage and adoption.
