AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING
PORTIONS OF KILLARNEY HILLS SUBDIVISION (U.S. SURVEY 3218).
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
Section 1: That Tract R -1C of Killarney Hills Subdivision (U.S.
Survey 3218) is rezoned from Rural Residential to Business.
Section 2: That Lots 7 through 18, Block 3, and Lots 2 through
10, Block 4 of Killarney Hills Subdivision (U.S. Survey 3218) are rezoned
from Rural Residential to Two - family Residential.
Section 3: That the official zoning map shall be updated to
reflect these rezonings.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon passagege and adoption.
