ORDINANCE NO. 83 -74 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING THE
CLASS TITLE, JOB DESCRIPTION AND PAY RANGE OF THE PERSONNEL RULES AND
REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly, in keeping with its
1 Personnel Policy, recognizes that Personnel Rules and Regulations must be
amended from time to time in order to provide necessary personnel, and
WHEREAS, the following job descriptions and pay ranges have been
reviewed by the Personnel Advisory Board at their regular quarterly meeting
held on October 10, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Advisory Board at their meeting recommend
changes in the Department of Community Development:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that:
Section 1: The class title and pay ranges on Page F of the Kodiak Island
Borough Personnel Rules and Regulations are hereby amended as follows:

Planner V Deleted
Planner IV Deleted
Zoning Officer II Deleted
Zoning Officer I Deleted
Assistant Planner /Zoning Officer 15.5
Associate Planner 19.5
Section 2. The Personnel Rules and Regulations of the Kodiak Island
Borough are hereby amended by deleting the job descriptions of Planner V,
Planner IV, Zoning Officer II, and Zoning Officer I and by including a job
description for the position of Assistant Planner /Zoning Officer and Associate
Planner which are to be attached thereto and incorporated as part of the Kodiak
Island Borough Personnel Rules and Regulations.
