AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING
CHAPTER 17.21 OF BOROUGH CODE ON B- BUSINESS DISTRICT REGULATIONS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
Section 1. That Section 17.21.020, Permitted Uses in B- Business
District, is amended to include the following;
Section 2. That Section 17.21.030, Conditional Uses in B- Business
District, Subsection D, is amended to read as follows:
D. Single Family Residences if located within a structure
containing a business and not exceeding fifty percent of the area of the
structure; and
DD. Radio Stations.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon passage and adoption.
