AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REVISING
SECTION 18.20.060 of BOROUGH CODE ON APPLICATIONS FOR LAND DISPOSALS.
The Kodiak Island Bordugh Assembly Hereby Ordains:
Section 1. That Section 18.20.060 of Borough Code is revised
to read as follows:
18.20.060 Applications. A. Application for a disposal of
Borough land under this title shall be filed with the G erk Community
Development Office. em erms urn4shed- at- the- e4erk= s- eff4ee- Only
ferns applications completed in full and accompanied by a nonrefundable
twee y -f4ve fifty dollar filing fee will be accepted. €er - €4 4FI
B. The filing of an application shall not in any way vest in the
applicant any right to the Borough land or to the use thereof applied for.
