ORDINANCE NO. 83 -65 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING
PORTIONS OF THE CHINIAK SUBDIVISION FROM RR1 -RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO RR2 -RURAL
RESIDENTIAL OR PL- PUBLIC USE LANDS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
Section 1. That the following described parcels are rezoned from
RR1 -Rural Residential to RR2 -Rural Residential:
1. Lots 1 through 10, Block 1, Chiniak Subdivision;
2. Lots 1 through 17, Block 2, Chiniak Subdivision;
3. Lots 1 through 6, Block 3, Chiniak Subdivision; and
7. Lots 1 through 17, Block 4, Chiniak Subdivision.
Section 2. That the following described parcels are rezoned from
RR1 -Rural Residential to PL- Public Use Lands:
1. Tract A, Chiniak Subdivision;
2. Tract B, Chiniak Subdivision;
3. Tract C, Chiniak Subdivision;
4. Tract D, Chiniak Subdivision; and
5. Tract E, Chiniak Subdivision.
Section 3. That the official zoning map shall be updated to
reflect this rezoning.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon passage and adoption.
