AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING LOT 4,
TOLBERT SUBDIVISION, U.S.S. 1681, FROM R1- SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO
R2 -TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. That Lot 4, Tolbert Subdivision,

of Kodiak, is rezoned from R1- Single Family Residentialto R2 -Two Family

Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon passage and adoption.
