ORDINANCE NO. 83 -61 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO EFFECT
TRANSFERS BETWEEN FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has appropriated
certain fixed sums of money and issued bonds to complete specific school
capital projects, and
• WHEREAS, certain projects are nearing completion with some amounts
of unexpended funds and certain other projects are in their initial stages
without funding or with insufficient funding, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough general fund has the required
'amounts available without further borrowing or increase in taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that staff is hereby authorized and
directed to effect the following project and fund level changes:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that staff is authorized and directed to
effect the necessary line item changes within the limits established above by
project to properly monitor, account and report for the expenditures of these
funds.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances found to be in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby explicitly rescinded.
