AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING A
PORTION OF CHAPTER 17.51 OF BOROUGH CODE ON ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
Section 1: That Section 17.51.050 is amended to read as follows:
17.51.050 Area. The area occupied by accessory buildings shall not
exceed ten percent of the area of a lot or mobile home space. Accessory
buildings 4A -rear -yards shall not be closer than five feet to any side or
rear lot line or be located within twenty -five feet of any public right -of-
way other than an alley.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon passage and adoption.
