KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ORDINANCE NO. 83 -57 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING
CHAPTER 17.03 OF BOROUGH CODE ON GENERAL PROVISIONS AND USE REGULATIONS.
THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. That Chapter 17.03 is amended to include Sections /17.03.100 and
11 .00 as follows:
17.03.100 Land Use Re uest Limitations. No appli ation for a
zoning change, exception, variance, conditional use permitor contract
zoning of a particular piece of property shall be accepted by the Community
Development Office more than once in any 12 month period.
17.03.110 Plannin Commission Limitations. 4o Planning Commission
initiated ordinances or resolutions on the same subject shall be accepted
by the Assembly more than once in any 12 month period.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full ,force and effect
an adoption. upon passage
