AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ENACTING
CHAPTER 8.10 OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE DEFINING HEALTH POWERS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains:
Title 8 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code is amended by addition
chapter numbered 8.10 entitled Health Powers of
