AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING
SECTION 1 6.12.020(F) OF BOROUGH CODE ON PRELIMINARY PLAT PROCEDURE.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Ordains:
SECTION 1: That the fourth sentence in Section 16.12.020(F) is amended to
read.as follows:
This approval of the preliminary plat shall only be effective for
a period of Ox twelve months, unless an extension is granted by the Planning
Commission. ,
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage
and adoption.
