AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING PORT-
IONS OF LOT 30, BLOCK 1, KODIAK TOWNSITE FROM R3- MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO B- BUSINESS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
SECTION 1: That all of Lot 30, Block 1, Kodiak Townsite, with the exception
of Lot 30C, is rezoned from R3- Multiple Family Residential to B- Business.
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage
and adoption.
