AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY AMENDING
CHAPTER 17.21 OF BOROUGH CODE ON BUSINESS DISTRICTS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
SECTION 1: That Section 17.21.020 on Permitted Uses is amended by deleting
Subsections C. Apartments and V. Outdoor Storage.
SECTION 2: That the remaining subsections in Section 17.21.020 are
realphabetized A through Z.
SECTION 3: That Section 17.21 030 on Conditional Uses is amended to include
Apartments and Outdoor Storage as subsections A and D respectively.
SECTION 4: That the remaining land uses in Section 17.21.030 are realphabet-
ized accordingly.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
passage and adoption.
