AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH AMENDING THE PERSONNEL RULES
AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO COMPENSATORY TIME.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Personnel Advisory Board has
reviewed the personnel policy and at their regular quarterly meeting on April 11,
'1983 recommended that the policy be amended in regards to the compensatory time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
as follows:
Section 1: Section 421 of the Kcdiak Island Borough Personnel Regulations is
!amended by the deletion of Section 421 Compensatory Time in its entirety.
Section 2: Section 411.3 of the Kodiak Island Borough Personnel Regulations
.is amended by the deletion of Section 411.3 Overtime Work By Department Heads
in its entirety.
