AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING A PORT-
ION OF LOT 6, BLOCK 19, KODIAK TOWNSITE, FROM R3- MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO B- BUSINESS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
SECTION 1: That a portion of Lot 6, Block 19, Kodiak Townsite, described
below, is rezoned from R3- Multiple Family Residential to B- Business:
A portion of Lot Six (6), Block Nineteen (19), of the Kodiak
Townsite, as follows: Beginning at the westerlymost corner of Lot Six (6),
which is also commone to Lots Seven (7), Ten (10) and Eleven (11) of said
Block Nineteen (19), the True Point of Beginning, designated as Corner No.
One (1) of this description: Thence N59 ° 45'E, a distance of 126.14 feet
to Corner No. Two (2); thence S23 °23'E, a distance of 47.62 feet to Corner
No. Three (3); thence S66 ° 37'W, a distance of 121.37 feet to Corner No.
Four (4); thence N30 ° 09'W, a distance of 32.76 feet to Corner No. One (1), the
