1983-25 To Transfer Certain Sums Of Money For The Procurement Of Hospital Equipment.KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
ORDINANCE NO. 83 -25 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO TRANSFER CERTAIN
SUMS OF MONEY FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has accepted Grant No. 3 -413 in the
amount of $350,000.00 from the Department of Administration, State of Alaska,
for Hospital Equipment, and
WHEREAS, these monies were budgeted in the General Fund where all
appropriated and unused amounts lapse at fiscal year -end, and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that all of these monies will not
be expended during fiscal year 1983 and for proper accounting and reporting,
this grant project should not lapse prior to completion of procurement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the following specific amounts
of monies are transferred as follows:

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that staff is authorized and directed to
effect the
necessary line item changes within the limits established above to
properly monitor, account and report for the expenditures of these funds.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances found to be in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby explicitly rescinded.
