The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
SECT ION 1: That the following described lands, in the Bells Flats Alaska
Subdivision, are rezoned from I Industrial to PL- Public Use Lands:
Lots 1 -6, Block 1, Tract A
Lots 1 -4, Block 2, Tract A
Lots 1 and 2, Block 4, Tract A; and
Lots 1 -4, Block 5, Tract A
SECTION 2: That the following described lands, in the Belis Flats Alaska
Su ivlslon are rezoned from Service /Recreation to PL- Public Use Lands:
Tract B -5A; and
Tracts C, D, E, F, G, and H.
SECTION 3: That the following described lands, in the Russian Creek Alaska
Su d vlslon, are rezoned from RR -Rural Residential to PL- Public Use Lands:
Lots 2 and 3, Block 2
SECT ION 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage and adoption.
