AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING PORT-
IONS OF U.S. SURVEY 3098 TO B- BUSINESS.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Hereby Ordains:
SECTION 1: That Lots 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A, 9A and 11A, U.S. Survey 3098, are
rezoned from Service /Recreation to B- Business.
SECTION 2: That Lot 12, U.S. Survey 3098 is rezoned from RR -Rural Resdential
to B- Business.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage and adoption.
